Problem:

While museums are primarily a visual experience, individuals with hearing impairments often miss out on the full experience due to the lack of accessible audio tours and interpreters. This creates a barrier to fully informed walkthroughs, limiting their ability to engage with the art on display.

Solution:

To bridge this gap, I developed an app and an identity system that enhances accessibility by allowing users to scan QR codes located in front of each exhibit piece. These codes provide instant access to detailed information about each artwork, offering a stress-free and inclusive way for hearing-impaired visitors to learn about the artwork without the need for interpreters. This solution ensures that all visitors can fully enjoy and understand the museum's offerings.
